All have one deceptively simple solution: forward thinking leadership willing to take the blame but sharing the successes. We need City Council leadership willing to think beyond their political future and is willing to be accountable to the stakeholders and not just looking to find someone ... and disciplined decision-making to ensure growth strengthens the community rather than overwhelms it.
