Adam Cornish owns the business that offers five “Alamo-inspired” coffee blends, including San Jacinto, Brazos and San Antonio Mission. Owner Scott Amburgey said the Ambur Fire trailer had to be replaced after a pole fell on it during the March 21 tornado.
