Understanding the table The following tables reveal test results from the 2021-22 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, or STAAR, exam. Tables also include enrollment data, feeder school campuses and the percentage of students considered economically disadvantaged. STAAR RESULTS Results show the percentage of ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED These students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, come from a family with an income below the poverty line, or are eligible for other specic benets. SOURCES: CONROE ISD, TOMBALL ISD, MAGNOLIA ISD, TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY, TEXAS LEGISLATURE COMMUNITY IMPACT NEWSPAPER students within the district and each campus who are approaching the grade level, which is considered passing.

CONROE ISD

A total of four Conroe ISD elementary school campuses saw lower enrollment in 202122 compared to 202021, according to the Texas Education Agency. However, none of the high schools in Conroe ISD saw a decrease in enrollment from 202021 to 202122. Fifteen of the district’s elementary schools have a higher percentage of economically disadvantaged students than the state average.
