The gym opened at 22377 Bellaire Blvd., Rich- mond, on Jan. 22, according to a Nov. 23 announcement. Class options include 45 and 60 minutes that use state-of-the-art smart screen technology to project Floyd’s image throughout the duration of the class. The Richmond location marks the brand’s expansion throughout Houston and Texas. The gym fran- chise was originally supposed to open in December at 1550 Mason Road but had to postpone due to permit delays. 2 Happy Lemon celebrated its grand opening Nov. 27. Located in Katy Asian Town at 23119 Colonial Parkway, Ste. C10, Katy, the bubble tea shop offers fruit teas, fruit smoothies, milk teas, lemon slushies and classic brewed teas. Happy Lemon also sells original, chocolate and matcha flavors of bubble waffles.
