Owner William Pearce said he was unable to stay open because he could not nd enough sta. 10 San Antonio fast-casual restaurant Bill Miller Bar-B-Q closed its North Aus- tin location in late April after more than a decade. The 8103 Burnet Road, Austin, location faced constant stang short- ages, according to a spokesperson for the company. The company has raised its minimum wage to $15 an hour.
