Heard said she handcrafts all the store’s products, which include soaps, candles, body butter, scrunchies and lounge attire. “As a consumer myself, I never had the time to go to a spa or pamper myself, even when I could aord it, and started making items that I could enjoy in home,” Heard said. VGXI is a contract developer and manufacturer of nucleic acid biophar- maceuticals, including gene therapies, DNA vaccines and RNA medicines. Accord- ing to previous reporting, the company was based in The Woodlands until VGXI announced the purchase of land in Conroe in August 2020 and its relocation to Deison Technology Park in Conroe. The property will be located off Deison Park Boulevard in the park, which is just south of FM 1484 and Technology Parkway. https://vgxii.com EXPANSIONS 11 The Lake House in Grand Central Park expanded its accommodations as of Aug. 31, opening to the public for rent. Previously, the facility was only able to be used by residents of the Grand Central Park community. The facility offers indoor and outdoor settings with lake views and can accommodate up to 400 guests in its outdoor pavilion, up to 100 guests in The Grand Room venue and up to 49 guests in The Overlook, which features floor-to- ceiling glass windows.
