H E B The Market at Willis Shopping Center is a 69.7-acre development at the southeast corner of I-45 and FM 1097, and the center will be anchored by H-E-B. As of Aug. 23, the H-E-B is slated to open in late 2022, according to Lisa Helfman, the senior director of public a airs for H-E-B’s Houston region. Size: part of 69.7-acre development Timeline: opening fall 2022
ARTAVIA Artavia is a 2,200-acre master-planned community o Hwy. 242 in Conroe. According to Denise Jordan, an account manager with Anderson Hanson Blanton, as of Aug. 24 there were an additional 317 homesites in development that will be released for sales through the end of the year. Size: 2,200 acres Timeline: homesites in development through 2022
WESTRIDGE COVE Tri Pointe Homes announced in an Aug. 25 release the opening of model homes in Westridge Cove, a 335-home community at 12019 Moonlight Path Drive, Conroe, with 40- and 50-foot lots. Amenities include a swimming pool with a two-story water slide, tness and recreation centers, and a walking trail. Size: 335 homes Timeline: model homes opened in August
