3 Truck Yard , a food and entertainment complex, held its grand opening Jan. 16 at 3101 Prairie Vista Drive, Fort Worth. Plans were announced in January 2020 and more than three years later, the grand opening was held for a 2-acre lot that features live music, a full bar and a rotating list of food trucks—includ- ing Truck Yard’s own cheesecake and nacho truck. The venue features 7,500 square feet of interior space, and the rest of the venue entails outdoor eating space, an outdoor game area, a dog park and a ferris wheel. 682-263-0017. www.truckyardalliance.com COMING SOON 4 Hutchins BBQ will be opening in Trophy Club at 3000 Hwy. 114 in late May, according to ling documents to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Before opening its doors, the existing two-story, 10,800-square-foot restaurant space will be renovated with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment, according to documents. The location formerly was Bread Winners Cafe and Bakery. Tarrant Parkway, Fort Worth, in February. 7 Brew is a drive-thru-style coee concept that prides itself on quick service and the quality of its hand-craft- ed beverages, according to its website. 7 Brew serves espresso-based coee, frozen drinks, teas, infused energy drinks and sparkling water. It has nearly 40

syrup avors, including toasted marsh- mallow and vanilla. This will be the company’s 39th location and the rst one in Fort Worth. https://7brew.com 6 North Park Landing Apartments is set to open in mid-February with a host of amenities for its future residents. The complex is located at 9001 N. Beach St. in Fort Worth and will oer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. There will be six buildings and 226 apartments when nished. The $14.5 million venue will feature indoor karting, games and laser tag, a restaurant and event rooms, accord- ing to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction will start in February 2023 and is set to be completed in October 2024. The 2,050-square-foot restaurant will nish construction in May and feature the same quality and fresh ingredients that founders and brothers Tim and Matt Nystrom use at other locations in Texas. 2 Hopdoddy Burger Bar opened its second Fort Worth location at 3101 Heritage Trace Parkway, in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, on Jan. 17. It went into the location of Grub Kitchen & Bar, which opened in 2019. Hopdoddy’s menu features premium burgers, such as the Primetime, the El Diablo and the Magic Shroom.
