The restaurant features tradi- tional Texas dishes with an added spin, such as the Cowboy Chicken Fried Steak, which is a standard chicken-fried steak topped with chile con carne, sauteed onions and cheddar cheese, and served with a side of rice and beans. Two Senori- tas is also known for its margaritas. “I tell my customers, ‘[If] you don’t like them, I’ll buy,’” Mercado said. “That’s how condent I am in our food.”

At rst it was OK, because we were at a new spot, but we have to gure out a way to stand out so we do a lot of stu with the city.” Mercado said he plans to have the restaurant host live music and karaoke on the patio, possibly every

Another concept from the family is called Papa Nachos, which is an explor- ative venture in Pittsburgh to dier- entiate between the Two Senoritas counterparts, Mercado said.
