1 Colleyville green ribbon improvements Project: The Green Ribbon Project work includes installing irrigation systems and planting ornamental trees, shrubs and ground cover, according to city documents. The scope includes 1A SH 26 from north of John McCain Road to south of Longwood Drive, 1B SH 121 from Gateway Drive to north of Glade Road and 1C FM 3029 from north of Lavaca Trail to south of West McDonwell School Road. Update: Colleyville City Council approved a contract with C. Green Scaping worth up to $895,887 at the April 7 meeting. • Timeline: TBD; project will take up to 64 days once written notice is issued by city staff • Cost: $1.78 million • Funding sources: Texas Department of Transportation, city of Colleyville, federal government 2 Euless Grapevine Road expansion Project: Bedford-based CT4 Construction was awarded a $2.1 million contract by Grapevine City Council in August. The scope includes the construction of two travel lanes, sidewalks and trac signal improvements at the intersection of the frontage road and SH 360. Update: The work was slated to start by the end of 2025. A city spokesperson said the project will be rebid and the work is on hold until then.

3 Lipscomb Street and Forest Street Project: The outline for the work is replacing the water line, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage and adding sidewalks, according to city documents. Update: The project has a contract completion date by the end of May. • Timeline: June 2025-May 2026 • Cost: $1.5 million • Funding sources: city of Grapevine, Tarrant County 4 SH 114 and West Dove Road Green Ribbon Project improvements Project: The second phase of intersection improvements includes adding approximately 400 linear feet of hardscape, landscaping and irrigation improvements within the existing right of way. Update: The project has started and is expected to take 42 working days to complete with brief lane closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., as needed. • Timeline: April to June • Cost: $370,000 • Funding sources: city of Southlake, TxDOT
