The first residents are expected to move in during the first quarter of 2026, according to the news release. A 10th builder, Partners in Building, will also be added to the lineup. It is slated to open its model homes in February, according to the news release. Construction on the amenity center in the master-planned community, which will include a clubhouse, event lawn, fitness center, lap, resort-style pools and a playground, will begin in the first quarter of 2026 and is slated to open in spring 2027, according to the news release. “It’s exciting to see our third master- planned community come to life in the Greater Houston area and to have residents on the way,” Hillwood Communities President Fred Balda said in the news release. “Pomona and Valencia have been tremendous successes, and we expect the same for Legacy.”
