Amenities for The Met will include a courtyard-style pool, coworking spaces and private oces, a tness studio, garage parking, and a sky deck overlooking Q2 Stadium. Additionally, 10% of units will be income-restricted housing. Cerca at The Domain features 48 two-bedroom townhomes for sale and had 24 units move-in ready at the end of July, property owner Jonathan Hubbard said. The remaining 24 units for Cerca at The Domain are slated to be ready by mid-September at 1900-1911 Albury Cove, Austin. The community’s homeowners association will allow residents to use their units as short-term rentals through sites such as Airbnb and Vrbo, Hubbard said.

As Austin’s population and demand for housing continues to grow, pre- leasing will start this year for three new housing complexes in North Austin near The Domain and Wells Branch areas. Zooming in: After breaking ground in January 2022, apartment complex Lenox Grand in the Wells Branch area is now preleasing for its 315 units at 13505 Burnet Road, Austin. Units at Lenox Grand will come with one- to three-bedroom options as well as two-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Amenities at the complex include a tness center, a pet park, a pickleball court and two resort-style pools. Apartment complex The Met is set to be completed next fall with preleasing slated for October at 10100 Metropolitan Drive, Austin.

Austin Habitat for Humanity seeking homebuyers in ‘missing middle’

a family of four. Individuals outside of that range can still apply, Leverett said, as there are sometimes resources available for those above or below the usually accepted range. Leverett said there are also new projects in the pipeline that could serve a wider range of indi- viduals with several locations in Northeast and Southeast Austin. The process for a new build can take two to ve years, but Leverett said it can be about a year for qualied applicants. Some of the homes available could come as early as next spring, she said.

Austin Habitat for Humanity is looking for qualied homebuyers for several of its ongoing and upcoming projects. “This is the rst time in a really long time where our pipeline is essentially empty of qual- ied applicants,” said Angel Leverett, Austin Habitat for Humanity director of marketing and communications. The majority of the nonprot’s projects fall around the 60%-80% median family income range, Leverett said. For 2023, that range is $49,080- $65,450 for a single person and $70,080-$93,450 for
