Owners John and Jennifer Garrett launched the rst edition of Community Impact Newspaper in 2005 with three full-time employees covering Round Rock and P ugerville, Texas. Now in 2022, CI is still locally owned. We have expanded to include hundreds of employees, our own software platform and printing facility, and over 30 hyperlocal editions across the state with a circulation more than 2.4 million residential mailboxes.

FROM PAPAR: If you’ve been a resident of Pearland for some time, you know there have been some water billing issues. Since discovering the problem, nding the best resolution for both the city and residents has come with its fair share of frustrations on both sides.
