9 Snooze, an A.M. Eatery Snooze will soon be serving pancakes and mimosas in the Pflugerville area. A newly constructed building, across from Willie’s Grill and Icehouse along SH 130, will house the well-known breakfast and brunch diner, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
