Cimarron Hills in nal phase with 200 new lots Cimarron Hills launched its nal phase of development for the community in late May. What you need to know Over 600 homes are currently built at Cimarron Hills, and the nal phase will bring 200 estate lots ranging from 0.5-1.9 acres, with custom homes starting at 3,500 square feet, said Stephanie Dun, Forterra Developers’ Cimarron Hills estate lot sales manager. Dun said the homes could range from $1.5 million-$4 million or higher. A closer look Developers will build on two sections north of the current homes. The rst section, The Reserve, will consist of 84 lots with several backing up to the golf course, while The Range will add 116 lots, Dun said.

New community Melina to include 840 homes Hillwood Communities, a commercial and residential development company, plans to build a master-planned community with 840 homesites on 200 acres of land near southeastern Georgetown, according to a June news release from the developer. The gist Located near University Boulevard and SH 130 Toll, lots in the Melina neighborhood will be between 40-50 feet, and homes are expected to be priced in the $400,000-$600,000 range, according to the release. Amenities at the community will include a resort-style pool, cabanas, a covered pavilion, a playground, a pickleball court and an open eld. There will also be 20 acres of open space, miles of walking trails and three lakes, the release states.

Homes for sale in Park Central neighborhood Tri Pointe Homes, the developer and builder of Georgetown’s Park Central neighborhood, began selling single-family homes and townhouses in the neighborhood this summer, according to a news release. The details Construction on a clubhouse and a pool is expected to begin this summer. Other ame- nities include a 10-acre park with walking trails, a scenic pond and open green spaces.

Woodside to bring over 1,000 homes Northwest Georgetown is gaining another master-planned community, Woodside, which is expected to bring just over 1,000 new homes to the city. Diving in deeper Highland Homes will construct the rst phase of houses in the neighborhood, according to the release. This initial phase will include about 440 home sites. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2025, and homes are expected to begin selling in spring 2027, per the release.
