The Curry Pizza Company This California-based specialty pizza chain opened its first location outside of the state in Cypress. Sami’s Gyro House The restaurant offers appetizers, such as masala fries, cheese sticks, chicken tenders, wings and quesadillas, as well as chicken shawarma, burgers and fries, gyro sandwiches, gyro platters, and desserts. Blue Tuba Creative menu items include escargot tacos and a Texas paella, which replaces chicken with crawfish tails, and “Texas-sized tapas,” owner Vlado Kolenic said.
