The restaurant oers an indoor dining area in a building with several roll-up doors to provide an open space combined with nature. “[Customers] feel like they’re at home in their backyard,” Solaida Nuñez said. On the menu The menu features a variety of meats, including brisket, pulled pork and chicken. Some meats can take eight to 16 hours to cook, Solaida Nuñez said. “We start preparing meats 24 hours ahead of time,” Solaida Nuñez said. “So you have to have a love and a passion for it.”
Husband and wife Sergio and Solaida Nuñez said they didn’t expect to become business owners. However, when the couple began their catering business in 2008 with a smoker on wheels and barbecue as their focus, a clientele was established and expanded over the years.
