decided to leave their careers in the Chicago area to open a restaurant. They eventually opened two Jam + Toast locations in Irving and sold them to open a location in Frisco in 2023. They both lived in Frisco and wanted to open their concept in their own area, they said. “At any given time, you will see myself or my sister-in-law Tima here,” Seferi said. Sere said she strives to treat each customer as family.
Sere said, adding that many of the recipes, such as the crepes, are passed down from her father. Popular breakfast menu items include the avo- cado toast, which is served with cooked-to-order eggs and fresh fruit. On the lunch menu, a popular items is the bualo chicken sandwich, which features chicken tossed in bualo sauce and topped with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese and ranch dressing on a brioche bun.
