breakfast, a brisket enchilada bowl, and bualo chicken mac and cheese. “A lot of people think we bring those [preorder] meals in,” Mike said. “I prepare everything in house.” In June, Mike and Tammy started delivering meals—which are $8.50 each, including tax and delivery—to the local senior community. To make the process as easy as possible, seniors choose the meals they would like delivered that week and simply call in their order. Seniors can call 469-451-5006 for meal delivery. There are 30 senior meal options that rotate throughout the month, such as meatloaf, pot roast, chicken tortellini, white sh with lemon hollandaise sauce and more. Mike said he has
a Clean Eatz franchise in 2021 for multiple reasons, including to fulll a promise Tammy made her father. “My dad died from basically eating unhealthily,” Tammy said. “He made me promise on his deathbed to eat healthy and take care of myself.” Mike worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. Due to pandemic-related cutbacks, he lost his corporate position as a vice pres- ident of culinary. He was hesitant to jump back into a restaurant-related eld, but after researching the franchise he was swayed. “What interested us in the concept is it was healthy and
