front,” Wilbanks said. Both Lott and Wilbanks agreed the positive atmosphere at their restaurant is what makes it stand out in the community. Youth sports teams, families and groups can reserve a section and tables ahead of time at Texas Huddle for events and celebrations. The restaurant features 45 TVs, ve arcade games, indoor and outdoor seating, and more than 40 beers on tap. The friends started a Huddle Up, Help Out eort this year, which gives back 20% of sales to local fundraising groups, Lott said. The menu features traditional

food, such as burgers and wings, as well as more original options. Lott and Wilbanks said they enjoy crafting creative dishes inuenced by various cultural styles, including the Birria Bacon Cheeseburger and the Aloha Chicken, a teriyaki chicken sandwich with cheese and pineapple on a Hawaiian bun. Some other original options include Texas Tornados, containing three meats and two cheeses rolled up in fresh pizza dough, and the PB&J Bacon Burger. They also have a create-your- own sandwich, burger and pizza menu available. “Our concept of food is uniquely familiar,” Lott said. “It’s so diverse that it keeps you wanting to come back constantly.”
