10 Denizen McKinney The boutique hotel, which is located in McKinney’s District 121 development, will include 102 rooms across four stories with high-end design and amenities. Construction on the project began in September 2023. The hotel is being developed by hotel development firm Archstreet McKinney, Managing Director Michael Mueller said.
