Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration The public can join the Committee to Commemorate M.L. King Jr. Day at the 31st annual celebration. Coffee with the mayor Highland Village Mayor Daniel Jaworski will have coffee with residents for casual conversation and topics of interest. Daddy-daughter dance Highland Village will host its annual daddy- daughter dance. The event includes dinner, dancing and door prizes for participants. Space is limited. Tickets went on sale Dec. 26 for residents and Jan. 2 for nonresidents.
