The cities of Colleyville and Southlake are growing, with populations increasing between 1.25% and 2.29% from 2017 to 2022. Grapevine experienced a slight dip in population, going from 51,733 residents in 2017 to 50,763. Meanwhile, the median age in Grapevine is younger than in Southlake and Colleyville.
