Located along South Austin Avenue, the new garage will serve as an additional parking option for those who visit the city’s downtown area. “This garage helps us address some of our parking challenges downtown and will ensure Georgetown remains a vibrant and welcoming des- tination for years to come,” Mayor Josh Schroeder said in a March 22 news release. Tri Pointe Homes to build in Wolf Ranch National homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes broke ground on a new slate of lots in the Wolf Ranch community in Georgetown, with plans to add about 108 homes to the development. What you need to know Tri Pointe Homes began developing the lots in Wolf Ranch in January, according to a release from the company. These lots sit on about 70 acres in the Wolf Ranch development, which is expected to add a total of 2,500 residents to the George- town community. The new homes will be adjacent to the Wolf Ranch retail center.
