The project details state a 63,861-square-foot space at the site will undergo a $3.5 million renovation or alteration with a projected March completion date. The firm will lease over 4.2 million square feet of office space as well as an additional 2.5 million square feet of planned development, according to a news release. The restaurant will feature fresh seafood, a full oyster bar, prime steaks and other dishes. The restaurant will feature 7,000 square feet of space and a patio, according to the release.
