AUGUST 2023 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA Retail and industrial occupancy dropped in The Woodlands area as of early August compared to the third quarter of 2022. Industrial occupancy dropped to 92.8%, and there are no industrial buildings under construction in the area.
