STADIUM FUNDING A tax increment financing district could be created to help fund construction. Participants could include the city of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Keller ISD, the Tarrant Regional Water District, Tarrant County Hospital District and Tarrant County College.

The Basswood Boulevard location is within the bound- aries of Keller ISD, the sec- ond-largest school district in the city of Fort Worth.
