On the Kirb brings healthier spin to sports bar dining

In 2016, Joe Arbeely opened the rst On the Kirb to bring a health-focused bar and restaurant concept to South Houston. With a focus on organic ingredients as well as drinks made with natural sweeteners and other alternative ingredients, Arbeely said his mission is to provide healthier options to Houston communities. Since the opening of the rst On the Kirb, located on Kirby Road, Arbeely expanded with four additional locations located in Midtown, Katy, Greenway and the new The Woodlands location

The eatery also oˆers several vegan and vege- tarian options coded with icons on the menu for those with dietary restrictions, Arbeely said. On the Kirb has plans to expand its menu with more healthy options early this year.
