Bent Oak Winery Following the permanent closure of its Cedar Park location, Bent Oak Winery will now operate under Fat Ass Ranch & Winery in Fredericksburg. John Catalano, founder and CEO of Bent Oak Winery, said by May, the brand will no longer offer pickup orders or have any presence in Cedar Park.
