9 Happy Panini The sandwich food truck celebrated its fifth anniversary in October. Happy Panini opened in 2017 at 207 Farley St., Hutto. It sells grilled and pressed sandwiches, including the Mr. Big, with roast beef, ham, salami, smoked turkey and pepperoni; and the Caprese Fresca, with mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato, basil and balsamic glaze.
