County commissioners approved the issuance of the bonds from the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. at a meeting Oct. 28. Federal law required approval of the bonds, but Williamson County will not be held financially responsible for them. TCCEFFC is a nonprofit corpo- ration created in 2003 under the Texas Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Act.
