Global semiconductor equip- ment maker ASML will become the first tenant in office space at The Hutto Co-Op District. MA Partners, the developer of The Hutto Co-Op, announced in October that ASML will lease more than 32,000 square feet of office space and 2,100 square feet of rooftop terrace. software and services that help companies produce computer chips. Its technology uses light to print small patterns on silicon, a process known as lithography. ASML operates several offices and facilities across the U.S., including sites in Connecticut, Arizona, California and Texas. Hutto Mayor Mike Snyder said ASML’s arrival complements the region’s tech expansion. “We are a growing community with 54 languages spoken, and the diversity of career opportuni- ties, people and cultures in Hutto has helped make this a highly desirable location for companies seeking to establish a footprint or expand their operations in Central Texas,” Snyder said.
Pflugerville plans road, water projects
