1 Lane additions on Pollard Boulevard Project: This project involves the addition of two new lanes to expand capacity of the roads. The lanes will be built along the road running from Del Bello Boulevard to 7002 Pollard Blvd. Update: Pre-inspection began in late November • Timeline: work started in April with a TBD completion date • Cost: $1.8 million • Funding source: developers (privately funded)
2 Partial rebuild on Sprague Street Project: This street, from King Street West to Bissell Road, is being rebuilt to improve mobility throughout the road and make access to nearby neighborhoods safer. Update: final paving and cleanup occured in mid-November • Timeline: wrapped in November • Cost: $154,000 • Funding source: bond funding
3 Reconstruction on King Street Project: The project included reconstructing Masters Road to the dead ends on King Street East and West, including the intersection at Sprague Street. The reconstruction improved drainage, road surface and widened the roads to make them more passable. Update: King Street East was fully paved as of Oct. 31, and King Street West (the side intersecting Sprague Street) was completed on Nov. 10 • Timeline: wrapped in November • Cost: $551,000 • Funding source: bond funding
