Our students, teachers and parents need an advocate on the school board that will always listen, learn and con- tinue to take time to be close to what is happening inside the classroom. ... I will work to protect our community’s traditional values while preparing for our future growth.
Our children should have the best opportunities for success, including preparation for entering the workforce, military or college. I want to honor our teachers and empower them to succeed in the classroom. Finally, I will ensure Magnolia remains a scally conservative school district. I will always put students and parents rst. ... I will make the teaching of read- ing, writing, math, science, and solid basic curriculum a primary focus and will work to end the use of [Internation- al Baccalaureate], [critical race theory] praxis and [social-emotional learning] in MISD.
