1 Chisholm Trail South Project: Full reconstruction of Chisholm Trail Road from Sam Bass Road to RM 620, with drainage, pedestrian, and lighting improvements. Update: Construction recently demobilized to accommodate business needs and restarted in January. Pedestrian improvements are under design. • Timeline: Roadway completion expected in summer 2026. • Cost: $4.26 million for construction • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 2 Mays Street Bridge Wall Stabilization Project Project: Includes construction of ground anchors to stabilize retaining walls; replacement of roadway approach, sidewalks and rail painting. Update: Construction below the bridge wrapped up in January, with impacts to traffic lanes on top of the bridge to begin in February 2026. • Timeline: Completion expected by summer 2026 • Cost: $2 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 3 Greenlawn Boulevard Project: Reconstructing Greenlawn Boulevard into a six- lane divided urban roadway with pedestrian and lighting improvements.
