The more colors on your plate, the better,” Pfromm said. For lunch and brunch, the restaurant has smoothies, teas, co ee drinks and dishes such as chilaquiles or the coconut yogurt parfait. Their speciality cocktails and nonalcoholic spirits also use only agave and maple syrups.
