5 Robinson Road realignment Project: The project will align Robinson Road across Hanna Road and will include realigning a part of railroad, which is crossed by Robinson Road. Update: Oak Ridge North o™cials said the railroad realignment will commence May 23-25. The railroad crossing will be passable until a new one is completed. • Timeline: February 2024-May • Cost: $7.42 million • Funding source: Oak Ridge North

• Timeline: September 2023-March (Phase 1), TBD (Phase 2) • Cost: $7.8 million • Funding sources: Shenandoah, Montgomery County 3 Hwy. 242 widening Project: TxDOT is using existing right of way on Hwy. 242 between FM 1488 and I-45 to widen lanes and restripe the intersections. Update: As of the most recent information released by TxDOT in April, the project was 54% complete. • Timeline: Oct. 23, 2023-fourth quarter 2026 • Cost: $29.11 million • Funding sources: federal, state funds 4 FM 1488 median Project: The project will build a median from Mostyn Drive to I-45. Update: The project is 78% complete, as of the most recent update available from TxDOT in April. • Timeline: November 2023-second quarter of 2026 • Cost: $10.96 million • Funding sources: TxDOT, federal funds SAWDUST RD.

1 I45 improvements Project: A direct connector from I-45 from Shenandoah Park Drive to Hwy. 242 will be built, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. Update: The project began in the second quarter, with 683 working days planned, according to TxDOT. It was 1% complete as of an April update • Timeline: second quarter 2025-second quarter 2028 • Cost: $42.63 million • Funding sources: TxDOT, federal funds 2 David Memorial Drive extension Project: A project to extend David Memorial Drive to Hwy. 242 began in September 2023. Update: Phase 1 is completed to Conroe city limits, engineer John Bleyl said. The remaining portion, originally slated to be funded by the city of Conroe, will be funded through the road bond approved by voters May 3.

6 Grogans Mill Road and Research Forest Drive turn lane extension Project: The project extended the deceleration lane from westbound Research Forest Drive onto northbound Grogans Mill Road. Update: In April, the paving was complete and the right lane onto northbound Grogans Mill was open, engineer John Bleyl said. • Timeline: September-April • Cost: $240,000 • Funding sources: Montgomery County Precinct 2, TxDOT
