Everything is made in-house, including the pie crusts, llings and some of the toppings. The 6-inch cookies are also baked fresh daily and can be ordered “dressed” with scoops of mousse. What’s special about it? Lisa said that part of the appeal of Pie Bar is its extensive menu and unique concept that allows customers to have a fun experience creating their pie. Aside from the desserts, Pie Bar’s atmosphere oers a cozy feel with couch seating, a replace, cards, board games, free Wi-Fi and jazz playing on the speakers.
