Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, and has almost everything lined up, owner Tim Neal said. One hiccup the cafe is dealing with is an install delay on one of its two ovens. The plan is to open up on a Friday either before or after Labor Day, which is Sept. 4, Neal said. The next steps will be to start a hiring cam- paign.
