BB Living completes 191 homes in Argyle

Homes within Argyle’s Harvest by Hillwood mixed-use development are now available to rent. Arizona-based BB Living nished its community within the Harvest development in late 2024, which includes 191 single-family homes that are “built to rent,” BB Living President Branden Lombardi said. “One of the great things is people get the benet of a new home without the stress of home owner- ship, especially at a point when aordability and mortgage rates are a real factor,” Lombardi said. The details Homes within the BB Living community range between a little under 1,800 square feet to more than 2,400 square feet, and are one or two stories, Lombardi said. Rents for homes start at $2,455 and vary by oor plan. The most up-to-date information is available on the development’s website. Within the homes, individuals can expect smart home technology, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood oors, per the news

release. All units in BB Living’s Harvest community are zoned for Argyle ISD schools, Lombardi said. Additionally, residents within the BB Living Har- vest development have access to a dog park, on-site property management and maintenance, and any other amenities within the Hillwood development. The impact The build-to-rent homes oer a market option better tailored to the town of Argyle, Lombardi said. “In an apartment, you have people above you, below you, next to you, and it’s just not the typical living environment that most people want, espe- cially in a place like Argyle right now,” he said. The homes also provide more supply within the single-family home rental market and a dierent option than the other for-sale homes in Harvest. “Outside of the one-o landlord, there’s not a ton of opportunities for people to rent an actual home,” Lombardi said.
