11 Simply Liquor The new liquor store was set to start construction on April 8 and is looking to complete construction on August 8, according to a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Simple Simon’s Pizza The restaurant offers more than a dozen pizza flavors as well as wings, sandwiches, calizones and stromboli. Usmania Fine Dining Chicago-based chain Usmania Fine Dining opened its first restaurant in Texas this month. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of Indian and Pakistani dishes, including vegetable and meat curries, paneer, biryanis, and samosas.
