04 PLAY WITH LEGOS The Haggard Library is hosting a Lego engineering event for all ages. The slumber party-themed concert features a quintet, cello and piano along with young actors and dancers performing songs from popular Disney lms, such as “Frozen” and “Encanto.” In addition to the concert, kids can learn about classical music and instruments. 3 p.m. $12. Musician Mike Massé is putting on a rock and roll show at the Courtyard Theatre. Massé performs classic rock songs spanning multiple eras in his acoustic style. JAN.27 THROUGH FEB. 04 SEE YOUTH STUDENTS PERFORM A KIDCOMEDY MUSICAL The Art Centre Theatre is presenting “How to Eat Like a Child,” a musical based on the book by Delia Ephron, John Forster and Judith Kahan. The play takes audiences through the joys and sorrows of being a child, and children will give lessons such as “how to beg for a dog,” “how to torture your sister” and “how to act after being sent your room,” acccording to the play description. Due to some material parents may not like for their young children, the play is rated PG for parental guidance. JANUARY 26 THROUGH 28 SEE A VEGAS COMEDY Rover Dramawerks is showing “Four Weddings and an Elvis,” a stage play written by Nancy Frick and directed by Sara Jones. The two-hour comedy takes place inside a Las Vegas chapel and features multiple acts, including a revenge plot by the King himself, aging stars tying the knot as a publicity stunt and the nuptials of the wedding chapel owner herself, according to the play description.
