The event is solely produced by and benets the Gazelle Foundation, an Austin-based nonprot improving the lives of citizens of Burundi, Africa, through the building of water systems. In addition, the event will have other talent from around the world to present lms and pre-recorded Q&As with directors for the rest of the movies. WORTH THE TRIP ATTEND CONNECTHER FEST Nov. 4 The 10th Annual ConnectHer fest will allow attendees to watch short lms focused on critical women’s issues submitted by high school and college students. There will also be leaders and young lmmakers who advocate for women globally speaking at the event. The program includes time to socialize with friends who attend and an evening with a red carpet and awards. 3-9 p.m. $15-$100.
