• Timeline: TBD • Cost: $1.05 million with the potential to increase by $775,000 if a signal is added to Lake Wood Drive. • Funding source: city of Southlake 3 Union Church Road, Southlake Project: Union Church Road will be closed from Davis Boulevard to Siena Drive for the first phase of the West Continental Boulevard intersection improvement project. Three additional phases will follow. It will add a right-turn lane onto Davis Boulevard and add drainage improvements. Update: The road closure started Nov. 3 with an estimated window of eight months to finish, weather permitting, according to the city website. • Timeline: November 2025-summer 2026 • Cost: $15.3 million for all four phases • Funding source: city of Southlake 4 Terminal A roadwork, DFW Airport Project: Work replacing the 50-year-old bridges over International Parkway. Update: The airport communication staff announced that new access into Terminal B started Oct. 20 for a new bridge to the terminal and roadway improvements. • Timeline: Oct. 20-late January 2026 • Cost: not available • Funding source: DFW Airport

SOUTHLAKE BLVD.
2 North Carroll Avenue, Southlake Project: New medians, new turn lanes, lane realignments, new pavement markings and improved intersections will be added. Update: Deputy Chief Engineer Jeff Ginn said the project is 45% complete. The remaining work includes adding turn lanes and street lights for phases 4-6 at Lake Wood Drive, eastbound SH 114 frontage road and westbound SH 114 frontage road. The project is paused due to waiting for new signal poles and council is looking at possibly adding a signal at North Carroll Avenue and Lake Wood Drive.
