1 Park Hill Project: This is a 16-lot development with 0.5-acre custom-built homesites starting at $2.5 million, said Jerrod Goff, community manager at Graham Hart, the developer. Update: Twelve lots are remaining on the site, Goff said. • 1508 Four Seasons Drive, Colleyville • www.grahamhart.com 2 Holt Farms Project: Holt Farms will have 10 homes on 11.8 acres southeast of the intersection of Bandit Trail and John McCain Road. The neighborhood will have upscale custom-built houses developed by Calais Custom Homes starting at $2.5 million. 5 Linmar Estates Project: The 10 lots on 10.8 acres will range from 25,000-54,000 square feet. Houses will be between 5,000 and 9,000 square feet. Update: Calais Custom Homes co-owner Paul Rostron said only four of the original six lots are available as of Nov. 13. Houses in the development will have Grapevine address but be part of Carroll ISD. CUMMINGS DR. between Shady Oaks Drive and SH 114 in Southlake. Five of the lots will have a minimum size of 30,000 square feet, while the other 22 lots will have a minimum of 20,000 square feet. Update: Southlake City Council approved a zoning change from office commercial to medium-density residential and then approved the site plan at the Oct. 21 meeting. 3 Grapevine Springs Project: The development was approved by Grapevine City Council in July 2024. Eason Maykus, president of Maykus Homes and Neighborhoods, said the development would include 21 two-story homes.
