7 The Crystal River Inn The inn changed ownership Oct. 29. Since 1983, the inn has been owned by Kathy and Mike Dillon. The new owners are Eric and Corley L’Etoile. Kathy Dillon said they wanted to retire but wanted to sell the inn to someone who would continue to run it as a hotel. The Crystal River Inn has nine rooms in two historic buildings and also hosts weddings.
