Kalahari Resorts and Conventions is the creator of America’s largest indoor waterparks. While the economic incentive agreement requires the project to be operational by 2033, the resort could open as soon as 2030, Bowman said. Following the project site being secured, architectural and site plans for the project are expected to take a year to create.
