Dave & Buster’s, EoS Fitness slated for late 2025 opening
A fitness center, entertainment offerings and more will be available later this year when the second phase of the Plaza at Fort Buckner develop- ment is completed. The first phase of the retail center, featuring a number of restaurants, retail shops and service businesses, was recently completed, developer Eric Seitz said. The specifics The construction on the second phase of devel- opment began in early February. The development will include various retailers, a fitness center and entertainment offerings. “Fitness and entertainment are big right now, and Dave & Busters, of course, is food and fun and games,” Seitz said of the businesses slated for the development. All businesses in the second phase are expected to open by Dec. 15, Seitz said. One 1,820-square- foot retail space remains available.

Businesses in the development such as Dave’s Hot Chicken, Torchy’s Tacos, Revolution Barbershop and Frost Bank opened in 2024. “It’s a barn burner,” Seitz said of the high retail demand in the first phase of the development.
