The Wolf Ranch master-planned community in Georgetown is entering development for its third and nal region called West Bend, which will have homes ready by summer 2025. In a nutshell West Bend lies south of Hwy. 29 and ve min- utes west of I-35. The community will be built on 325 acres and have 671 home sites. A full Wolf Ranch buildout will be completed by the end of 2028, according to a news release. Wolf Ranch started development in November 2015, and the 1,120-acre site already includes the Hilltop and South Fork communities, which together have 1,792 home sites and over Wolf Ranch enters last phase of home development
