2022-23 Georgetown real estate market at a glance When comparing home sales that took place from June 2021-May 2022 to those from June 2022-May 2023, the number of homes sold fell by about 15% in two of Georgetown’s three ZIP codes. The only ZIP code that saw an increase in the number of homes sold was 78628, where 1,500 homes were bought over the course of the last year. Additionally, median home sales prices declined in all three Georgetown ZIP codes; however, the percent change was relatively small, ranging from less than 1% to a little more than 3%.
